The Ethical Recruiting Alliance (ERA) is a global educational and accrediting organization which serves to certify that recruiters, headhunters, executive search consultants and recruiting agencies have met a series of standardized requirements as detailed in our ethical guidelines and professional code of conduct.

The ERA is both industry-vertical and industry-segment agnostic, covering all major verticals including automotive, banking, finance, information technology, semiconductors, chemicals, industrial, life science, pharma, fashion, consumer products, professional services and more.
