For Individual Recruiters and Executive Search Firms
The Ethical Recruiting Alliance offers ERA Certification for both Individuals and Organizations.
1. Individual ERA Certification
The Individual Certification is for both Individual Recruiters and Executive Search Consultants regardless of whether they work at an Agency Recruitment Firm (aka Third-Party Recruiter) or are part of a Corporate or Organization's In-House Recruitment team.
The cost for Individual ERA Certification is $50 USD for the Certification Test (study guide + test). This fee also includes the 1st year's ERA membership fee.
Annual ERA membership fees are $25 USD.
2. Agency, Company and Organization's ERA Certification
In addition to having your individual employees or staff members become ERA-certified, Agencies, Companies and Organizations may also become ERA certified which can assist greatly with ethical compliance, branding and marketplace differentiation.
There is a fee for the initial ERA certification. This varies and is based on a number of factors.
After a firm or organization is certified there is an annual renewal fee to maintain the status.

As always, upon acceptance and approval of your ERA Membership, you'll be able to use ERA Certification badges in support of your online and offline presence, including on your website, social media sites, business cards and other documents.
